Where is Belle Hill Self Storage located?
Belle Hill Self Storage is located at 6 Warner Road, Elkton, MD 21921.

Am I required to store long-term?
No, we lease on a month-to-month basis. 

When is my monthly payment due?
Rent is due on the 1st day of each month. If your payment is not received by the end of the day on the 5th, a late fee of $20 will be charged.

Will I receive a monthly bill?
We will send you a notice via email or we can send you an actual paper bill by request for an additional price.

What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept major credit cards, checks or money orders. You can also pay your bill in person or over the phone.

What items am I not allowed to store?
Tenants are not allowed to store perishables, living plants or animals, flammable, explosive, or illicit materials. Living inside of the units is a cause for immediate eviction.

Do I need to provide my own storage lock?
You may use your own lock or purchase one of ours from the office. Only one lock is allowed per door latch and your unit must be locked at all times. Our team inspects unit locks daily to ensure that your items are always secure.
Is the facility under video surveillance?
Our facility is being monitored 24/7 using our state-of-the-art video cameras.

Who has access to my storage unit?
You and whoever you choose has access to your storage unit using a personal access code. We ask that you don’t give your code to anyone not listed on your rental agreement. 

What if I or one of my guests damages my unit or another building or fixture on the property?
The tenant shall be liable for any damage to the unit or any building, fixture, or other structure on the premises caused by the tenant or his agents or guests. 

Is there a deposit or administration fee?
We don’t require a deposit, but there is a $20 administration fee. 

What are the office hours?
Office hours are from 9am to 4pm Monday through Saturday. The office is closed on Sundays.

What are the gate hours?
There is gate access 6am to 9pm every day. 24 hr access is an additional $25.00 per month.

What happens if I lose my unit key?
If you need to replace your unit key, give us a call. We also have locks for sale so that you can replace the lock and have a fresh set of keys.
